WaterGnome Borrego Days 2026 Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sweepstakes Sponsor
The WaterGnome Borrego Days 2026 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by WaterGnome LLC ("Sponsor").

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, and immediate family members of WaterGnome are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Visit the official WaterGnome Borrego Days Sweepstakes landing page and complete the entry form with the following information:
- First and last name
- Valid email address
- Mobile phone number
- ZIP code
Additional optional questions may be presented regarding homeownership and water-quality concerns.
Only one entry per person is permitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase, payment, sales consultation, or consent to receive promotional marketing messages is required to enter or win.
Entries are free.
5. Sweepstakes Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
WaterGnome 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $699.00
The prize includes the standard reverse osmosis filtration system, storage tank, and drinking-water faucet.
Standard shipping within the eligible geographic area is included.
Professional installation and any additional plumbing modifications or installation materials are not included.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing on Monday, October 19, 2026, after the Sweepstakes entry period has closed.
The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided during entry.
The winner does not need to be present at Borrego Days to win.
The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification and complete any reasonable eligibility or prize-acceptance verification requested by Sponsor.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Delivery
WaterGnome will coordinate shipment of the prize to the verified winner after eligibility and delivery information have been confirmed.
WaterGnome is not responsible for installation services or costs associated with installation.
Any applicable taxes or other personal expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the winner's responsibility, except for standard shipping provided by Sponsor.
9. Privacy and Communications
Information submitted during entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the selected winner, deliver the prize, and maintain appropriate records.
Entrants may separately choose to receive promotional SMS communications from WaterGnome.
Consent to promotional SMS messages is optional and does not affect Sweepstakes eligibility or odds of winning.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, automated, duplicated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for network interruptions, technical failures, or submissions not successfully received before the entry deadline.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

This Sweepstakes is independently sponsored and administered by WaterGnome and is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by the Borrego Days Desert Festival, the Borrego Springs Chamber of Commerce, or their affiliated organizations.
